Description

The New Generation of Metal Curtain Wall Panels – A2 Grade Metal Composite Panels

A2 grade fire-resistant metal composite panel is a new type of non-combustible decorative material with a 'sandwich' structure, featuring high-strength aluminum alloy panels with fluorocarbon coatings on both the top and bottom layers, and a non-combustible inorganic core material in the middle.

Through unique processing methods and scientific technological processes, the inorganic flame-retardant material is organically combined with the metal material.

A2 grade fire-resistant metal composite panels not only possess the decorative advantages of ordinary aluminum-plastic panels but also compensate for the shortcomings of ordinary aluminum-plastic panels in terms of fire resistance rating, environmental performance, panel strength, and stiffness.

A2 grade fire-resistant metal composite panels feature high strength, waterproofing, stain resistance, fire resistance, corrosion resistance, rich colors, strong decorative appeal, excellent processing performance, low maintenance costs, good weather resistance, and long service life.

Common thicknesses range from 2.0-8.0mm, with standard material dimensions of 800~1550mm in width, and the length can be customized according to actual requirements.
With its strong fire-resistant advantages, A2 grade fire-resistant metal composite panels fully meet national standards for safety and environmental protection, making them widely suitable for interior and exterior wall decoration in buildings such as hospitals, schools, nursing homes, high-end residences, hotels, office buildings, airport terminals, gas stations, Olympic sports centers, and opera houses.
